To Start
Get a pan and cook either pork/ beef/ turkey mince (whatever you fancy)
Get 3 peppers (yellow and red work best as they are sweeter but any will do)
Cut the bottom off the peppers so they stand up level - if there's a little hole in the bottom it doesn't matter
Cut the the tops off the peppers, remove the stalk and keep the rest

Add 1/2 tin of chopped tomatoes to the pan (or a full tin if you like)
Add a beef oxo cube
Add pepper
I add any wine I have left over too but it's not essential
Add either chilli powder or hot paprika to make it as hot as you want
Put the peppers on a baking tray and fill to bursting
Grate LOADS of cheese on the top
Cook for about 20 mins in a really hot oven or until peppers look cooked
