Throw in 1/2 - whole tin of tomatoes depending on the consistency you want
Add in kidney beans/ sweetcorn if desired

Add loads of chilli powder
Add in any left over red wine if you have it
Leave to cook through for 4-5 mins

For fajitas, cook as normal fajitas and serve the same as chilli - no flour tortillas though, just in a big bowl

Recipes: Steak & Squash (Summer Squash, NOT butternut, See http://tinyurl.com/6kttdo5 for examples. The small round ones are best and in season now)

Take your squash and cut the tops off (the green stalks) - have as many as you want
Cut them in half
Put them in a baking tray and either drizzle with olive oil or dot butter onto the flash side of each half
Put them in the oven to roast - about 20-30 minutes
Next
Either oven cook or fry mushrooms with butter and garlic

Finally
Cook your steak and eat all!

Shove in the oven until cooked (will depend on size for time)
Next
Take 2 leeks
Slice lengthways
Slice into thumb-width chunks
Cook for 3-4 minutes with a tablespoon of butter
Pick one or two of the following and cook
Asparagus
Spinach
Broccoli
Green Beans
Broccoli
Curly Kale
Brussell Sprouts
Cabbage
Cauliflower
Courgette

Finally
      Plate up all and eat!

Recipes: Stuffed Peppers

To Start
Get a pan and cook either pork/ beef/ turkey mince (whatever you fancy)
Get 3 peppers (yellow and red work best as they are sweeter but any will do)
Cut the bottom off the peppers so they stand up level - if there's a little hole in the bottom it doesn't matter
Cut the the tops off the peppers, remove the stalk and keep the rest

Chop the following finely and put in with the mince to cook(squares no bigger than your little fingernail):
The leftover tops of the peppers
A handful of mushrooms
2 medium onions
Finally
Add 1/2 tin of chopped tomatoes to the pan (or a full tin if you like)
Add a beef oxo cube
Add pepper
I add any wine I have left over too but it's not essential
Add either chilli powder or hot paprika to make it as hot as you want
Put the peppers on a baking tray and fill to bursting
Grate LOADS of cheese on the top
Cook for about 20 mins in a really hot oven or until peppers look cooked

Serve With

      Soured cream and salad

Recipes: Grill/ BBQ Skewers

Skewers
Choose either salmon, beef, chicken, pork or any other fish
Cut into large cubes (1" square - ish)
Chop peppers into 1" squares
Get mushrooms
Chop onions into 1" squares
Dressing for Skewers
Mix 1/2 a chicken oxo cube with a couple of table spoons of boiling water
Add a chopped chilli
Add chopped coriander
Add a tablespoon of olive oil
Finally
Make up the skewers (you can get them anywhere now as it's BBQ season) with alternate meat and veg
Either paint dressing on with a paintbrush or drizzle over skewers
Shove in the oven to cook
When cooked, squeeze lime over the top

Serve With
Masses of salad (including sweetcorn, lettuce, radishes - whatever you fancy so it's not boring) and a huge blob of soured cream
